Received a phone call out of the blue from a man saying he works for bva services in regards to an annuity that had been completed in 1997. He was wanting to discuss further payments. I challenged him on the legitimacy of the call. He got defensive saying these were public records and he wasn't doing anything wrong. I was not able to find a website or an address associated with this company.
