Mandy Peacock was selling a coffee stand. She requested a $10,000 REFUNDABLE deposit. Things fell through in due diligence and Mandy and Laura Willems (both owners) have refused to give money back. This was a business to business transaction. It is in writing that Mandy agreed it was a refundable deposit.
