I was trying to get a car rental and went to bwiairport.com from Google . Then I contacted the phone number provided. Spoke with Thomas Lee who advised me to get a prepaid car for rental which would be $341. I got a serve American Express card from Walmart for $500 . I texted information over to them but they said it had to be exactly $341 on the card so I went back and got a second card for that amount .

When I got to the airport, there was no reservation and no money in the cards. I have tried to call the numbers back and no answer and I have tried to log onto serve.com to dispute the purchase and it won’t register the cards nor will they pick up my calls after I’ve called over 20 times.
