I ordered 2 door wreaths from this company in August. I received the merchandise after weeks of waiting. It was $75 for the two items. When product received it looked as if it came from the dollar store. I asked to return, they requested pictures for them to review. Did that. All still in original packaging. Never got a response so they have taken my money and run.

When you go to website and pick from the products and then when the product arrives it is a $2-$5 plastic wreath not resembling the product in any form. Not responsive. PayPal won't support a dispute even thought there is hundreds of claims just like mine stating this company is taking advantage of consumers, and needs to be stopped immediately.

Purchased an item, that claimed to ship from South Carolina and offered 24/7 Customer Service. Item Tracking appears to shipped from China and got lost "supposibly" in California and is sitting in USPS Recovery Center. The company does not respond to any emails and my money is taken. Would not recommend this Bxirt.com website to anyone.

Bxirt is a scam on Facebook. They show pictures of large fall wreaths and charge $42.98 for them and ship and handling them they ship a $4 plastic dollar store wreath and PayPal Etsy and Facebook are letting them get away with it. Bxirt.com Bxirt wreaths

I ordered an online wreath from a company Bxirt. This company uses the same photos and wording to advertise the wreaths and states "Hey girls, unfortunately we are closing our store soon as we can no longer afford the rent, etcetera." on Facebook. Even with a CA return address, the postal carrier delivering the wreath to me stated "this is a foreign country" as she scanned it into her records. The wreath received is not at all like the one ordered or pictured on the Facebook ads. The same robust wreaths are provided in Facebook ads with different company names.
