I placed an order over a month ago, never got tracking info and never got the product. The money was taken out right away and the response from the website were generic and they eventually stopped responding.

I ordered the All in One Kit on 04/09/2021 and of course the payment was taken out of my account ($49.41), but I have yet to receive my products. My estimated delivery was 04/24-30/2021 and it is now almost a month later. I have called numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone (it just continues to ring). I have emailed numerous times and have gotten emails back stating that I can't receive my refund because my order is still in transit. At this point I believe this company is a scam and no one should purchase from them. I just want my money back.
