I order the Rotating multi- layer kitchen shelf two of them since 27/03/21 until now i didn't receive them on beginning of may i received two watches i didn't even order and i email them they respond and advice me to return the watches and they will pay me back the postage ,and i return them i send the receipt as well but until now i haven't received anything so i need my refund and the money i used to return the watches.
Total is gona be £37.91+ £9 = £46.91

Type of a scam Online Purchase
05/17/2021: Did not receive item. Sent email asking on status. Was given a tracking link that did not work.
05/18/2021: Received email stating it was in transit. Be patient. Slow due to covid. They request if I could wait one and half weeks and we can refund you 10% as compensation? By someone named Kennis.
05/19/2021: Emailed [email protected] requesting a refund. Sophia responded that it has arrived in US and to wait a few more days. Slow due to covid.
05/20/2021: I emailed Sophia asking for a refund.
05/21/2021: Received email from Sophia "Since many regions are currently experiencing resurgences of the virus and have imposed new restrictions to help curb infections, inspection of goods becomes more strict than before, which leads to an extended delivery period. Nevertheless, with the active coordination of the government, the situation may get better. In this situation, how about waiting patiently for a few more days? And we will offer you a 15% refund of your TOTAL payment as compensation due to the delay. And we have asked the shipper to update the tracking status asap. Thank you"
05/26/21: I email that it has not bee received. Again requested a refund.
05/27/21: Received an email from Sophia "As we checked, your order has been delivered successfully, you can track it here https://t.17track.net/zh-cn#nums, please confirm."
06/03/21: The tracking FINALLY is up and states that it was actually delivered on 5/17/21. So seems everyone was lying, the shipper, MforWOrld.com Service Dept, and NOW the ByforOne website is no longer active. So I am reporting this everywhere so people know they are a fraudulent company.
To be clear, I have not received ANYTHING from this company!!
