Bylders got me in contact with Chris by text message (+1 (786) 867-1547). Chris then told me he could get me in contact with an executive of the business Bylders. He proceeded to give my number to the executive Tatiana (+1 (786) 713-9110). She called me to get everything set up with the payment program through “their partner” Affirm. She told me that I would be working with their team on a profitable online e-commerce store. I was told that I’d pick a product to sell and their team would help me get a website up and show me how everything would work to make money off of this e-commerce store. After we finished setting up the payment plan, she got me in contact with Ally. Ally (+1 (832) 433-8852) then got me in contact with the team to get everything all setup, ready to go and launch the e-commerce store. She had me download the app “Slack” to message and talk to the team and get everything set up for 90 days. After those 90 days, all contact with the team will be cut off. The team helped me get my store (Hairvana) created and said we would advertise on TikTok. After getting everything for TikTok set up, they created a few ads for me to run there. I got them up and ready to run on TikTok; however, TikTok flagged it and permanently suspended my account. Therefore, they had me create another account and helped me create a brand new website and store (JaniBag) with a different product. After realizing I would have to put in a minimum amount of $20 a day to advertise my store, I decided to stop. I stopped messaging them about and thought that the team would eventually message me about me not messaging them about the store and not launching the ads. They did not message me, convincing me to launch the ads on TikTok, but they did end up sending me another option for doing e-commerce on Facebook, which would be buying random products off of Craigslist and reselling them on the site for a profit. As that sounds nice, I was just fed up with the whole e-commerce thing with them. I was not interested in trying that. At that point, I was talking to the team for about 6 months, got nowhere, and made no money at all. They did get me back in the chat after the first 90 days to continue with the second store (Janibag). I finally decided to try to ask for a refund towards the end of the second 90 days, so I messaged Ally and Tatiana in a text message group chat we were in. Ally said she would give the COO my number and he would start my refund. The COO, Anthony (+1 (786) 783-5665) called me at work even after I told him the hours that I worked. I took my break so I could call him to talk about the refund, while we were on the phone he rushed the call saying he my had 15 minutes to talk. I told him that both e-commerce stores did not work out and that I would like a refund. He then told me that I could advertise products for existing stores and make commissions off of those videos from the existing store. He said that there was a class that would teach me all about it. He mentioned that other people were already in the class and were competitive about it and were also already making money off of the videos. As tempting as that was, I told him that I’d talk to my girlfriend about it and get back to him with my decision. He said that sounds good and to call later that night. I talked to my girlfriend about the offer and we both agreed that I shouldn’t do that and that it is not a good idea to continue working with Bylders since I have been working with them for 6 months now and made no money and only lost a ton of money. I proceeded to text the COO that I would not like to to the video commission that he presented me with over the phone and demanded a refund from the company. He then texted me back saying, Ok in that case you would have to continue this program and meet the refund requirements, which would be running advertisements consistently for 90 days without interruption. So I respond by saying “I'm sorry but I can't do that anymore. I have already tried starting in February of this year. I have tried the TikTok ads and TikTok permanently suspended that account so that was a fail. We tried the same with a different account and product and I couldn't do the payment per day for the ads because I was focusing on saving my money for something more important. Also in the process of that, I was added to the Slack group chat with your team for another 90 days. Nothing productive came from those 90 days after I decided to save my money for that said more important things for my girlfriend and me. I've spent 6 months trying E-commerce, I made $0 and wasted so much money. All I want is a refund please and thank you.” Then I received no response since that message.
