We were having problems with our computer and our email. I googled yahoo support and a pop up came up giving the 888.201.1887 number to call for support. I called and they said we needed a new driver because we needed anti-malware and I would need to pay them $159 in iTunes cards and they didn't accept any other forms of payments. I didn't have the money at the time and they said they would drop it to $100 and call us back the next day to start the process. They called back the next day and I had my secretary speak to her and they talked her into going to get 2 iTunes card in the amounts of $100 and $50. They stayed on the phone with her the whole time she drove to Kroger to get the cards. After getting back to the office she got back on the laptop and could see someone was moving the mouse on our laptop and supposedly working on it. They then advised her we needed more work and they needed more money to do the work. Our computer is now totally locked up. That's when I became suspicious because the lady was very demanding about us going to get the iTunes cards right then. I contacted ScamPulse.com and found out it's a scam.
