I placed an order for dog vitiate on March 2. I never received them. When I followed up at [email protected] I revived an invoice, but no tracking info. I followed up again and noticed that the email was really [email protected]

Couldn't find a specific cat food anywhere. Came across an online shop when Google searching. Paid for a bag + s&h. Received a confirmation email. Was supposed to get it in 10-12 days. It never came.

I ordered 48 cans of Pedigree Weight Management Dog Food from byziv.com on February 22, 2023. When contacting them by the phone number, it was busy and never answered. I emailed [email protected] to get the receipt of the order sent to me and they kept putting me off. Then they kept emailing me over and over again telling me that my order got lost in the mail three times and I should expect it any day now. My debit card has been billed and paid by VISA.

Now it's day 4?

It is the evening of day 5?

MONDAY will be day 6?

And your response is??????
