This so called company called C-One Mobile is based in St George Utah targets young kids online and tells them they win some product free and they only need to pay for shipping . And then a month later charged their credit card for $ 186 dollars and say to them they can’t return the product because the trial period has run out,and refuses to send a shipping address to return the product . As a parent I spoke to a representative from the company and told them I some the payment on this generic AirPods because it was done accidentally and I am willing to return their product ,but again they refused and insisted that I pay or the going to put me in collections.this is not right because I was willing to return their product and willing to pay the shipping fee as well. I told them I’m going to report their company and take them to court because I am not willing to keep something I don’t want and it was a honest mistake by a minor (7years).every kid plays with their parent phone.Anyway they offer me to pay a one time payment of 29.95 towards the dispute,which I agreed to so my credit don’t get messed up.But finally I want to warn everyone out there be careful of these scammers out there and watch out because now they are not only targeting you but also ur kids.And finally I want better business bureau to investigate the company for fraud and targeting kids(minor)
