I received a call from a company which sounded like C & B at 888-676-4181. They called my home stating I had been served for some collection. They used someone else's name. I called the company back, they would not tell me what kind of company they were. Asked if I was the person they called for, I told them no. Then they asked me if my name was two other names, like they were fishing for information. I told them no. I told them that I didn't know those people, and they told me they would continue calling my house. The scary thing is that they did have my last name and using my last name combined with other first names. The case number they gave me was 10133894-9389. My belief and gut feeling is that this company is trying to scam people. They didn't ask for money because they could not identify me. They would not give me the address of the location of the business when I asked for the information.
