This morning 5/27/20 I did receive another email from C-Doug flying pets and have been asked to send them $1200 as insurance fee which is fully refundable at the time of delivery of the puppy and after this email I started doing some research and spoke to the airport authorities and the deputy and they said it’s a scam. I should have done my research before sending them all the money, lost $1600.
People please beware of buying pets online specially when it’s out of state. These [censored] should be punished.

I was contacted by Mr. Paul Zack yesterday, several time from this number 980-238-4160, I have several text message from him. Alarming that his number appears unavailable when attempting to call. He did responded to me and told me this was not a fraud and he had drop off the puppy at the C-Douglas Pet flying shipping company.
Mr. Zack advised me that drop of the puppy I paid $600 for at the shipping company called C-Douglas flying Pets. Mr. Cooper is the manager and assured he had the puppy. Then I got several emails from Mr. Cooper with the following information. I would need to pay $980 for he shipping crate using either moneygram or westerunion. I did, the first payment was sent to Etience Yemeli for the amount of $980, for the crate and that money would be refunded once the dog has been delivered. WESTERUNION # ***. For the insurance I had to pay $1200, and the money would be refunded back at drop off. MoneyGram #***. In told the scam cost me $2780.00.
I received this email from the Scammer this morning:
"We were unable to ship yesterday because the flight was canceled. We would ship today by 4pm. I’ll personally get back to you as soon as your puppy is shipped. Be patient. Thank you.
