I responded to a social media advertisement for a gymnastics airtrack/tumble track. Placed order and paid via PayPal. I received confirmation/receipt from email [email protected]. Email had store name C2 and linked to website foisonpay.com. The order was said to take 7-28 business days. I never received any order updates via email and when item didn't arrive after 2 months I contacted seller by email with no response and website no longer existed. I then disputed via PayPal but seller (name in PayPal transaction was Secunda Mazzara) had provided a tracking number even though the item was never received. PayPal refused my refund based on having been provided tracking information.
