are they 4 real?

After unsubscribing multiple times to these blatant scams of emails the very next day I received dozens of emails from the same company I just unsubscribed from stating there is a settlement in my name for a class action lawsuit another one seeing there is a specific amount in a check waiting for me in my name and another one saying I was a beneficiary, another email stating that my settlement payment had arrived and another one saying that they have my bank account information. None of this is true. I have not even entered into any class action claims no nor would I have any reason to be a beneficiary of any type of payment and despite unsubscribing multiple times I'm still flooded with these false and blatantly fraudulent claims
False statements of payments

C4R media sends false and very misleading information in the form of emails and gives false hope to individuals like my self and has cost me my time and money to the point that I have contemplated ending my life because I feel I can't get the help I need to get the justice I deserve...I have been lied to and promised that I was going to be helped and in return all I get is same old circle of chasing my tail and getting no where...

Constant emails. Won't let me unsubscribe. [censored]

Direct mail sent to customer, with misleading language featured stating "RE: The Medicare Documents You Requested" with attention to the recipient and confirming the residence address underneath.

Mailer code (bottom right) MZZF3.

Addtl:

It's my feeling that by using the name "Unemployment Benefits Guide" they have been incensing recipients into calling in about health insurance benefits, not necessarily in relation to Unemployment yet misleading enough to prove concerning. Though only once, the word "income" is used in the descriptor, which feels furthermore provocative. Lastly, I find their zip code jargon feels to me simply a marketing campaign tracking endeavor, when there's a customer number at the bottom of the mailer that could just as easily be referenced in lieu of the zip code.
