Every single positive review you see here is a lie. I ordered prescription sports goggles online and they arrived a couple of weeks later. They were wildly uncomfortable, though the prescription itself was clear and correct. I wanted to return them per their "30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked" policy which is clearly stated all over their website. I then realized that they never actually sent me a confirmation email. I went to the website to try to find some information about my order or their return policy, but everything I clicked on just brought me right back to their main page. I tried calling the phone number listed and received an outgoing message stating that all representatives were busy and I should call back later. Then I found a live chat feature on their website, so I initiated a chat. The rep was very unhelpful and demanded that I provide them with a picture of my glasses prescription from my doctor. I refused because it has personally identifiable information on it, like my birth date. The rep suggested that I cover that up and send her the picture, which I did. She informed me that they would not issue a refund if I entered the prescription incorrectly. Well you can guess where this is going. I absolutely 100% did not enter my prescription incorrectly, but when I sent the picture, she popped right back with some blurry screenshot of an incorrect prescription. It was so wildly incorrect that no thinking person with a brain in their head could have possibly entered it wrong in that particular manner. This is a SCAM. They have that 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked phrasing all over their website, but this is what they do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, they will force you to send them a copy of your actual prescription and then tell you that you entered it wrong on their website. I cannot be the only one that this has happened to. It was a very polished presentation. Also, I suspect that they're Chinese owned, and not American owned as is indicated on their website.

I ordered a pair of Matrix Hampton sunglasses with a prescription for long distance and close distance, after spending quite a bit of time working things out with their customer service staff. They were to be used for road biking. The close distance was to used for reading my trip computer, and checking my chain rings. They were unsuitable. The close correction worked between 12” to 14” only. I could hardly read my computer, and could not see my chain ring set. The long distance was not sharp through the field of view. So I opted for their policy to get my money back. They kept trying to have me replace them, but I had no faith they could fix the problem. What a nightmare. What was supposed to be a two week process took over two months, and I never got a refund. I called every couple of weeks, and they said accounting was looking into it, their hands were tied. So I eventually went to my CC company and they returned my money. The reason I’m writing this is I believe that this company (and Schultz Optical) is untrustworthy. So look out.

The prescription sports sunglasses were OK when they arrived. The optics make everything look about 15% smaller than reality. I would not advise athletes to use this company for that reason. My biggest problem with CA glasses is that an employee tried to use my credit card to order pizzas on the US side of Vancouver. Luckily my company rejected payment and sent me an advisory text. This happened 2 days after placing my order with the company. I don't do business with any other entities in Vancouver or the Northwest US. I called them knowing the ID CC theft attempt came from them. The owner seemed concerned about the situation but didn't offer any assurances about finding a culprit. Any business can get a bad employee, but because of my experience I would caution consumers from using this business. C- product with D business/customer service. This company needs to better screen their employees and tighten up their potential for website and office hacks.

I ordered a new pair of safety glasses after loosing my old pair - which cost too much to replace unless covered by insurance. So I ordered from CA Glasses hoping that they'd be adequate until I could get a better pair later this year. I spent $400 for all the features. But when I FINALLY got the glasses (after waiting 1 1/2 months), they were totally useless. I sent them my exact prescription for progressive lenses yet I my far vision was blurry and the close vision completely off - I couldn't read anything!

So I contact support and at first they seemed like they'd be giving me a new pair. But they did not - and now they're ghosting me. I tried sending emails to their support department - no response several times. I called back and finally got a support person who promised to send new glasses - but that never happened.

Hopefully PayPal will be able to reverse the charges but it's probably too late at this point after all the delays...

This company sent me two pairs of customized prescription swim goggles, both of which leaked and broke on their first use. My daughter dove, they imeediately started leaking and then lenses popped out.
An employee named Jaime talked me into having them remade for the price of shipping alone. I agreed. He said I could get money back if the second pair didn't work.
The second pair also leaked on first use.
An employee named Amber said I couldn't get my money back because it's been more than 30 days - when, in fact, it took 30 days for them to remake and ship the second pair of goggles.
Representatives refuse to refund my money, partially or whole. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Don't do business with this company. They are a scam. I have two pairs of useless broken goggles and I'm out $202.85 with no recourse.

On 3/28/22 I ordered my son a pair of prescription sports glasses from the website caglasses. I read the reviews on their website and found it seemed to be a good deal. I placed the order and paid for expedited shipping. I received an email with an Order Number: CA2022032812581895 and It said I would receive an email when they are shipped. I continued to watch for an email and decided to log into my newely made account on the website. On my account, It showed that I did not have any orders or order history. I reached out to their online messaging and "Amber" responded that they were testing the glasses to see if they passed inspection and as soon as they did, they would be shipped. This was on 4/1/22, then on 4/8/22 I messaged again and was told the same thing. I messaged again on 4/11/22 and was told they were again being tested but should be complete and shipped by the end of the day. Today, 4/13/22 I messaged them and was told by "Amber" the glasses didn't pass the initial quality test. The lab is making little changes with the glasses. If everything is good to go, we should be able to ship within this week. I tried to call the number on the website and I says to try back later for Schultz Optical. We then tried to text the number and received no response. I was then told by "Amber" after I said this must be a scam and wanted my money back that they have been in business for 10 years and we will receive the glasses. Once I said I was going to make a complaint, I have not gotten any more responses.
