Called 888-243-3439 , Lucas representative claiming to be an employee of Xfinity. (Google search—Xfinity Customer Service fyi) Claimed he could lower my monthly bill to $95 and include Peacock—suspected something wasn’t right but already gave my debit card info. $200.60 was immediately deducted from my account and as a result cancelled credit card, went in person to Xfinity to be sure my account was still active, fraud repot to my bank and contacted CSA (Daniel) to make them aware. Daniel indicated “Cable TV Solutions” is a fake company. Very distressed and upset!
