Purchased an advent calendar from them for my daughter for Christmas. Never received it. Sent at least 10 emails & asked for refund. They don’t respond

Scam. I placed an order back in September and as of December 1st I still hadn’t received it. I have emailed them numerous times. Sometimes they tell me to be patient and that it is coming. Otherwise they don’t answer at all.
