I received a document from [email protected]. It was a California UCC Statement Request Form, looks like an invoice in the amount of $98. "The State of California Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) has recently filed a financing statement form in your name. This statement outlines the collateral that will cover the Secured Party if you default."

The Letter I received from [email protected] requested $98.00 for a UCC Statement by 4/10/2026.

It listed a recently opened Solar Loan organization as the SECURED PARTY'S NAME.
