I placed an order online and paid 25$ for overnight shipping. The next day america courier logistics contacted me and said they need 350$ to deliver my package but it would be refunded upon delivery. I asked the seller for a refund due to the obvious scam and he refused, his name is bryan kaplan. Cakecartstore.com and Americacourierlogistics.com are both working this scam together.
