By December 20th, I reached out regarding my package that still said en route. Once I sent them a concerning email, I noticed immediately that my tracking status changed to delivered. I contacted their support to let them know it was not delivered. They were quick with their response and seemed helpful. They said they would resend the package before disputing a refund. They also said it would be expedited and to expect it form 3-5 business days. It is now January 6th and I do not have my package. When I reached out again, the tracking status went from “out for delivery”, which it had said that for three days, to delivered. Now the company sent me a long message about the validity of their company and how great their customer service is and that I am liable for my package being lost. After doing research on their domain name, it is clear that they are using FASHION NOVA’s branding and website to lure people to their scamming site with zero intentions on ever delivering clothes, only stealing money.
