In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling the shipment and logistics functions for our clients, guaranteeing well timed and cost-effective distribution of goods. Your obligations will comprise of communicating with carriers and customers, preparing and reviewing shipment documentation, monitoring shipments, and solving any issues which may occur.
As a WAT Shipping Forwarder, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, and we will supply you with the required instruments to complete your tasks effectively. You will report directly to the supervisor and you will be expected to maintain frequent communication with your staff and clients through e mail and telephone.
