Order never received

I placed my order November 4th for $36.78. I received an email confirmation upon reviewing my account with their online website. It showed no order history, but I clicked on the email confirmation tracking information. And I did receive a tracking number from global logistics. The package arrived in Andover Kansas, supposedly on December 1st on December 2nd, it was out for delivery. I never received a package. I went back to my email to check the tracking number again and it disappeared. The email itself is gone so I have no tracking number and no way to track the package or the order. And I'm just out $36.78.So I disputed this transaction with my bank.
