These people aggressively solicit duct cleaning business by phone, in violation of the Do Not Call laws.

Note particularly the last two links. Zilberman was charged with theft from elder, first-degree burglary, forgery, and count of identity theft. He ended up being sentenced to 17 years in prison (recently upheld on appeal).
They're still illegally calling, so it appears that someone else has taken over in Zilberman's absence.
