Wouldn't have trusted this offer if wasn't found as a product of Shaquille O'Neal's in his article in People Magazine! NEVER AGREED to auto charge!
And I may have just lucked out!!! Because I received an alert on my cell phone asking me if I purchased an oil for $89 and I responded NO. So hopefully, the charge was denied (looks like it was because of my no reply - ha ha!) and I've dodged a bullet with this unscrupulous company that's trying to hide their fraudulent practices behind the tiny details in the agreement. NEVER EVER trying to make these policies clear to us consumers. SHAME ON YOU California Green Farms CBD Oil! Shaq's not gonna like what you're doing!
And is the only reason I trusted this ad. Because it was as if it was Shaquille O'Neal's CBD product from the People magazine article on him regarding big pharma. If this IS his...he needs to take a good look at what business practice he's allowing.
NOWHERE did they EVER show me that I must cancel my account in 14 days or be charged. There was no final order, NO AGREEMENT of approving automatic monthly charges EVER.
I have the entire process they used on me snapshotted: from original Facebook post of Shaq (which the link has been changed to another image/page); to the phony People magazine article of Shaq and big pharma suit; to the link for which the button directing me to get free product; to final step payment info page; to terms of agreement if you care to view them.
