My little Maltese Broke her neck on Friday Jan. 9, 2016. We need a cervical collar for her to help prevent paralysis. I could not find one in my local area and went online, I found this website California Veterinary Supplies and they had the collar I ordered it and paid for overnight shipping due to the severity of this situation. They didn't fill orders on Weekends and didn't ship except Monday through Friday. I called Monday to see why the order hasn't been shipped and got a voice mail I left a detailed message and on their website I found a place to contact them (expedited) via email and sent them an email. I repeated this on Tuesday Jan 12, 2016 and still haven't received a reply. The name is California Veterinary Supply, and they are based in California Veterinary Supply

891 W. Indole St.

Pahrump, NV 89048.

Not noticing this until Tuesday I called the Chamber of Commerce in Pahrump and was advised that that area is a housing area and not commercial land.

My little girl will not get the collar on for another 2 days due to the time I reordered the collar from Amazon.com.

These people need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am absolutely beside myself.
