This is a call-in locksmith company, they have done this many times before I think. We called them up and they came right away to unlock my car. we asked what they charge and they gave us a small number like 75 plus another small fee and we thought, "Oh okay, I guess that is reasonable." They unlocked the door and then we gave them a card to pay. The guy then was really quick to leave afterwards saying, "Insurance should cover it, don't worry about the price, your insurance should cover it." And then he left. I then received the invoice via text and the total came to 380 dollars! Which is more than double what he said. We checked with insurance and they were shocked by the number, also they don't cover that. At all. So I called the company asking for a refund and they gave me the run around for an entire month. I finally warned them that I would take this case to court and that I had checked around at a bunch of different lock smiths, the service shouldn't have been more than 80 dollars. I told them that I would accept a smaller refund of 230 and they had me give them my card information before they would give me the refund. The money was refunded but I honestly don't trust them with the info I gave them. It didn't seem necessary to get the refund. When reading the google reviews I saw multiple people with the same experience, however I think there are several others that have reported it but their reviews were deleted or reported or something. I left 2 different reviews from 2 different google chrome accounts. The reviews I left never showed up and after I posted them I was blocked from being able to find them on those internet pages. That is why I am positive there are more people who are leaving honest, bad reviews that are reporting their fraudulent behavior but the business is blocking them. They are over charging and not showing people the invoice before charging. Continuously. They need to be stopped. But it seems like honest reviews are being blocked.
