I placed an order online through an offer for Callaway Chrome Soft Golf balls. When I ordered them it appeared to be a Callaway site. After ordering them I got a confirmation email. The Email again said Callaway. But then I didn't receive them when they said they were delivered, I became suspicious. They said the shipper delivered them and I needed to find them. Then they said the warehouse sent 3d glasses by mistake and I needed to find them and send them back. They would then send out the golf balls. Then they told me they would credit me 10% of the purchase price as compensation. They finally offered me a 40% refund and they felt they were being fair since it was so expensive to ship to me. I noticed I'm not the only one with a similar experience.
