I bought a pair of slides from this company. 2 weeks later my emails bounce back from them and their website no longer works. Nothing had ever been shipped either. I got charged and this seems like a fake company. I had reached out to them twice too and their emails back said they were working on it and they'd get back to me in 2 days. 2 days later their entire site and email w[censored]d from the internet.

A sweatshirt was purchased on January 28th and delivered February 11th. On February 11th I contacted the company requesting a refund, but was told the following.

“Regarding your concern, as we have checked, we regret that we can not accept a return or refund in this case since we did send you the correct one which matched the picture and description on our website. Due to the different monitor and light effects, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the visual pictures. However, customer satisfaction is always at top of our priority, we would like to give an offer that we will discount code 15% off for your next order. This is the best offer we can support you in this case, which is more beneficial to our customers so please consider and let us know if this offer sounds good to you then we will handle the issue for you.”

I responded with the following

“That is not what your refund policy says. This is your refund policy from your own website.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.”

And actually to be more specific. The sweatshirt I received is in fact not what was posted on the website. From the picture you can clearly see it is a heavier material, more like a cotton based product, and not whatever polyester item was sent to me that is very much a knockoff. This is unacceptable. The order I received is in fact not what I ordered, regardless of the same color. It’s gray. I’m aware of that. That’s not what I am returning it for. My request for the refund clearly fits within the parameters of your refund policy posted on your own website. the sweatshirt is not relevant to the portion that states “ Additional non-returnable items” nor is it listed under the section There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Based on the information above, and per your own website, I am eligible, and again, request the label for the refund.

Since sending that email on the February 11th I have attempted to contact the company several times via email with no response. I contacted the company using a different email, requesting a refund of an item and received a reply. When I advised them of the refund number, I again got no response.
