My Father was told he needed a new furnace, within minutes a representative from the company was sitting at our table telling him it was going to be $5200.00 to replace it. He pretended to be on phone getting my dad affordable financing with a bank. Within minutes his phone rang and stated scam call on his caller ID. He answered the phone and they said they were Wells Fargo asking him to unlock his credit reports. He hung up thinking it was a wrong number, the salesman sitting at the dining room table said that was for your financing. The salesman proceed to go into detail of what was needed and the pricing etc. They were wrapping things up when I came into the room and asked how much it would cost? He stated $5200.00. I said that was crazy as his house is only 800 sq ft- The salesman lastly told my father to unblock his credit and he would be back first thing in the morning with a new furnace. He left and did not give us a quote? No information on anything. Still dont know if the actual furnace is broke?
