The company never sent the item I ordered. I have sent various emails and have even asked for a refund. They answered me for a short time. But now my emails are ignored. All they ever said was wait, it’s coming. The last communication when they answered me was on Jan. 30th, 2023. They told me to contact my local post office and if I have not received the package in a few days to contact them again. I have contacted them and gotten no answer.

They kept telling me it was on the way and sending me false tracking information. After a month if not even tracking information I asked them to refund the money. I've sent them numerous emails as there is no phone number for them and now they will not even respond to my emails. I do have emails from supposed workers there but none of it is true. I have multiple pictures but it will only let me upload one. I have screenshots of emails from their supposed workers
