I ordered two dog beds- one large and one massive size. I received one of the beds a month later, and it smelled of fish. It looks nothing like the photos, as it is only lightly padded and the sides that are supposed to be raised are flatter than the middle. Total waste of money. Very unhappy.

I ordered 3 beds and when I unwrapped the first one, my three Boxers smelled the bed and walked away. About 20 minutes later I found the bed outside. One of the dogs disliked it so much they drug it thru the house and left it outside.
When I asked for a refund and how to return the beds I was told they didn't accept returns. This was not made known to me when I placed my online order. The beds are thin and cheaply made. False advertising.

I agree with the others. The pictures show a fluffy bed with a fluffy interior for the dog to sleep on. I have no fluffy interior just a black liner. I can see right through the yarn to the bed. These people are a total scam. Web sight sounds good but it’s fake. This company has to be in China. I got ripped off for 135$

I'd like to be able to write a review of the product I ordered in June 2020 however, I have yet to actually recieve a product. When reaching out to customer service they informed me that they cannot issue a refund or except a return! SCAM ALERT!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. As everyone else has commented here, their shipping and communication is abysmal. I spent $70 for a dog bed in May that has yet (note my optimism in using the term "yet") to arrive, and no communication/updates from the company. This is just one of those middleman companies that buy cheap things from China, make a cute website, advertise on Instagram, then overcharge and under-deliver (or in many cases, apparently - just never deliver at all).

Follow up: To dog bed came - more than two months after I ordered. It is a poorly made, outrageously overpriced generic piece of junk from China, and there are no refunds if you "change your mind" (meaning - once it arrives and you find out it's a piece of junk you can't send it back). The side bolster rim is lower than the middle pad, so there's no "cozy curling" in side. Bits of stuffing are emerging, and you can see the fabric through the sparsely stitched in "fur" strands. This is basically a dollar-store bed, not a luxury item. I'm an [censored] for buying this. (Note that they do not post any non 4/5 star reviews on their site, so it looks like everyone loves them but that's also a sham).

Because if covid you say it is taking longer. Really it’s because it’s coming from China. Totally deceiving. You should be shut down !

I ordered a dog bed on June 12 and received an email with tracking information the following day. They said to give it a few days for the tracking information to work , but it never did. I have sent several emails with no response and even sent a private facebook message. I'm out $70 and don't know when or even if I will receive this product. NOT happy. Probably a scam. I don't recommend this company at all.

THE WORST! Buy elsewhere, trust me. I ordered a bed on June 23rd, never got it and it’s a crock of you know what if you here... due to covid it can take longer. I received my new bed off Amazon in 1 day. If you try and reach customer service (only via email) you may get a response in a few days if your lucky. Same response every time. Still no refund and I’m out 59.95. They have no problem taking your money immediately and then sending you emails with discount codes for your next purchase. Bought the bed to drive across country... who knows where this bed is. Customer service number should be a must. Horrible service and communication!

I ordered a Drinking Fountain and Extra Filters and, after waiting two months, I finally received the Fountain. It is missing the Power Plug AND the extra Filters. When I contacted them they first told me that Customs must have taken the USA Plug and that I should get my own phone charger to use. Then they told me that the Fountain does not come with a Plug or Filters. I showed them a copy of my Order but never received refund OR replacement Plug and extra Filters that I paid for. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. I no longer trust any website that is on Google.

I ordered a bed as a gift. I have contacted this company several times and have received the same email back. It has been over a month and I am VERY disappointed!
DO NOT order from this company! Lost my money I am sure but hope the next person reading this doesn’t spend there money on this product.

I could not be more disappointed in the bed I received after waiting more than 60 days. It came in a small package from China and then when you cut open the package it puffed up. What a piece of junk! Nothing like was advertised! No padding on the bed part and very sparse padding around the sides. It was the larger bed for my boxer. WHAT A SCAM! I TRULY FEEL TAKEN! We ordered two dog beds. Immediately upon ordering we received notice that due to COVID-19 that all products were non-refundable and would take longer to receive. We contacted support multiple times and they proactively sent us a notice saying their products ship from Australia and not China, which is not a question we even asked, and they again assured us that Covid-19’was delaying shipment. We have since received one dog bed and not both; the one dog bed appears to be a direct ship from China and did not match product description. We asked for a refund and were willing to send back the one dog bed. We received notice from the company that they felt it was not safe to accept returns due to Covid-19. We have never received the second dog bed we ordered and felt at a minimum we are due the amount for the dog bed never received. We sent an email to the same email address and they have not responded. When we call the phone number on their web site it goes to a different company which appears to be a shipping company.

I ordered two beds when waiting for my orders i looked at my on my account on line and it had an international transaction fee. This made me suspect. Then when I saw the Jamaica NY address shipping from. USPS. I WAS very suspect. This is the name fraudsters use as falae publishers winning number when calling to tell persons they have won a prise. I am canceling my card. It looks like i am out $128. Plus internatoinal fees. I keep getting emails validaring my order has been shipped. This is what I think as mail fraud and international fraud.

I also ordered a dog bed from CalmingPup.com and now keep getting scam text messages. Site looks very authentic. I tried to contact company using telephone number on main image but it goes directly to via box and I cannot get to a live person. I tried to reply and call from the two numbers on text messages from them and neither is a working numbers. Order was placed on Friday, January 10, 2020 but I am going to contact my credit card provider to see if anything can be done.

I google searched dog beds made in the USA and this website came up, close to the top of the search results. Upon initial inspection, it is very authentic looking. It has reviews, photos, social media links. I ordered a grey, medium-sized anti-anxiety dog bed online on 12/16 and paid $44.97 using my visa. I received a confirmation email and then a second email with tracking and delivery information. I waited for delivery (from Portland to Indiana) until 12/27, when I input the tracking number into the USPS link the email provided--it was not a legitimate number. I called, the phone number is for another business or is also fake, I was unable to speak to a human. Emails were not answered. I went back to the email and checked their social media--they are bogus or empty accounts (no posts) As of 1/3/2020 I neither have my product nor any response from this "company". A search of the address listed shows a host of complaints for bogus online vending to spamming to unsolicited porn.
