I ordered online. A few weeks later I received the free item I was to receive when purchasing a sauna. The order only had one tracking #. I contacted the site via email and received a response stating it was a fedex mistake and I should receive in a few days. I waited a week and still no package. I recontacted to business and they stated the same thing. Again, I waited. The next time I sent them business an email I told them I wanted a legitimate status on my order and if I had not I would file a claim through the BBB. Since then the business has changed their email. From [email protected] to [email protected] . I oredered the sauna on 9 January 2024 and I was charged the $249.95 on 10 January 2023. My order number was #1026. My FedEx tracking # was 789152165677
