I received targeted ads through Facebook about final sales at Bed, Bath and Beyond 70 to 90% off. Having been a long time BB&B customer I was getting emails from BB&B about these same sales so I did not catch that it was not the real BB&B. I placed 2 orders, both with targeted delivery window of 07/28 through 07/30. Today, I checked the web site I had ordered from for my shipment dates. Nothing had been shipped so I attempted to reach out to the company only to discover that all contact information was fraudulent, so I was unable to contact them about my orders.
