I have been getting calls from this "company" since 2014 on and off. They have somehow obtained some personal information about me and call and threaten me that I am going to jail for a payday loan I took out in 2011. They sometimes say they're legal processors, detectives, deputy marshals, or deb collectors. They always claim someone is on their way to either arrest you or serve you papers. They use the threat to go to jail to try to get you to give them money. They even spam real phone numbers and call through them. They called me over 60 times yesterday and I stood up for myself and told them I won’t tolerate this anymore. They’re calling my job and my mom’s phone number. I have no debt right now besides good standing credit cards and loans. I don’t owe them any money! I wasn’t always the most responsible person but I paid everything I allowed to go to collections when I was younger and I’m doing okay for myself now. They’re all over the web and there’s countless people sharing their horrific stories with these fraudsters. They’re hurting people and I know some people that don’t have a banking background, like myself, could easily fall for this and give them money. To my knowledge there seems like there’s three of them. Two women and one man. Please report this and look into this company. I made an additional complaint on the FTC’s website.
