Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
It was wanting a cleaning person to clean a house two- three times a week when the family was in town. They would pay five hundred in advance plus fifty in gas , and I had to buy there grocery before they got there it said ,then today on March third I received a check from FedEx for 1886 96 ,then I started getting texted messages from a number asking me if I had received the check.i don't know how they got my number,ok then I received another texted and was wanting me to go put it in my back account or do mobile deposit. Then I wrote a text message and said I sent it back because my bank saidit was a scam,but I didn't really go to my bank ,I started looking up then in the bbb site. And then later on tonight my husband ask if I tried calling the number,I said no so then we tried it at first someone pick up and it sounded like a van then second time the cell number was turned off then third time a man answered and my husband asked where they where and he hung up .
