Through a TikTok ad, there was an advertisement for keychains that have a camera on them and you can add a photo to it. After many attempts at finding out why it has been over a month for my order to be shipped - the “support” team stopped contacting me.

I found this site through an add on the Tiktok app for a personalized keychain Polaroid. The site claimed to take your photo and add it to the product where they could ship it in 4-10 business days. I ordered 6 weeks ago and did not receive a product. After emailing the support email provided, I was met with multiple emails ensuring me my package was on the way even though the UPS tracking number given proved that nothing had been shipped and only marked “preparing to ship”. After realizing this was likely scam I asked the contact for a refund twice and they answered with only more fake promises to deliver the product and never once acknowledged anything about the refund.
