I found this website, it looked legit. I found it odd that they say the except paypal and apple pay but when i tried to use both it said there was an error. So i used my debit card. It has been weeks with no updates. I even paid extra for quicker shipment. Ive emailed them multiple times. There is no other way to contact. So i started looking into the website and it looks to be im not alone. Theres been several reports that they are scammers.

I ordered a CameraKeychain for a birthday on April 17th, 2023, and I received a confirmation email soon after that my order was successfully placed. The website clearly states that in the United States orders will be shipped within 5-12 business days, so on May 4th (17 days later) I contacted the company using the support email address to find out if my order had been lost, especially since I had not received a shipping number or any information at all since the initial confirmation. Two weeks later on May 16th I emailed again to let them know that I was still waiting for my order because they never replied to my first email, and now I am nearly positive this company is a scam and will never deliver or make my product at all, so I am filing to get my money back and have this company reported.

Ordered product with expectation of receiving a tracking code, but never did. Emails were exchanged with repeated assurance that product would be delivered soon and claim that company has a high volume of orders. Found another person with same copied and pasted email replies. Asked for a refund but email response did not address it and again said product would be delivered soon and there was nothing to worry about. It has been over a month.

I ordered off of camerakeychains.com in January. After 4 weeks it said the item shipped. The USPS site (since Feb 11) said they are still expecting the package so it hasn't shipped. I've written to the website/email address (they have no phone number) multiple times and they have some canned response of how great the product is, how I'll be so happy when I receive it, how it is coming soon and how to contact them in 4-8 days if I still haven't received it. There is no way to cancel the item. They don't reply back with any relevant or useful information. This is frustrating as it was a present and although it is $15, we'll never see the money or the item.

Everything appeared to be real until it came down to receiving the product. They had a working website and everything. When it was time to receive my order I never got it and they used a fake tracking number so I could only see that the “pre shipment info” had been sent to USPS. I then emailed them trying to get them to send it to me because at that time I had yet to find out they were stealing my money with their false promises. Ordered a keychain on 1/19 and emailed in regards to if my order was shipped since they promised 4-7 business days for shipping. I emailed them again on 2/8 asking for an update they assured me it had been shipped out. There was only pre shipment info sent to USPS and it is now 2/22 and shipping has not been updated. I’ve emailed [email protected] and the name for the email states Jon but they signed off the email as Julie. I dug further into their website and on their refunds section all the way at the bottom the email shows [email protected] which is not the same as [email protected]

I’ve now had to file fraud through my credit card company seeing as they only keep assuring me via email the item has already shipped when it clearly hasn’t. They keep promising me I will receive my item via email and give me absolutely no resolution. I asked for their corporate mailing address and phone number and was not provided with one.

I purchased a personalized polaroid keychain from camerakeychains.com and they have refused to give me a refund due to their lack of service. There is no phone number to call and every email is the same type of response with no clear answer. It has been over a month since I ordered it and it says ships 4-7 business days.
