So I sent my camera to this company to get fixed about 2 years ago. They updated me that my service was completed in may of 2022 and I payed over $200. They never sent me my camera back and Ive asked them multiple times if I can get an update. At first they were responding to my emails right away but then all of a sudden they stopped replying. Every time I would call, they say they have to talk to support or they sound confused. They even told me that it should arrive in 7 business days but I still never got it. I would continuously call them and then one day it just wouldn’t go through. This was a canon rebel t6i camera. Its not cheap and I used it for my photography. I can provide screenshots of our emails and what I paid. I would appreciate my camera back but if for some reason they cant give it to me, Id like a refund and more for the cost of my camera plus the length it took to get back to me. My order number for this was CR21290. They even made a fake shipping label and tracking to shut me up. I still have yet to receive my camera

I sent our Canon camera in because their site says authorized canon repair center. It fell on a beach and had sand in the lens and that's what I told them in the online form. They quoted $296 to replace the lens drive unit & mounted main circuit board. They told me they replaced parts from "Canon Japan" and their website says OEM parts only. I called Canon who told me they no longer sell those parts and they wouldn't be able to get OEM parts for the camera that we had repaired. The camera came back and still had lots of sand in the lens -- I have a picture of it. I called and asked them for a refund so that we could send it to Canon and they refused to give a refund and will only let us send it back to them. Every time I call there is never anybody else I can speak to. I asked the guy who answers to speak to the owner he said "there is not an owner and there never was an owner." The technician that I spoke to now is not at that location. The only thing they offered was $60 for labor refund but I paid them $296 and they did not repair it . .they gave false information on their website to say they got OEM parts when Canon said they don't sell the parts anymore. There's still sand in the lens. The receipt says everything was cleaned and calibrated when in fact if there is sand in the lens there's no way they cleaned it. Now they tell me if we send it back they will clean it and calibrate it but they already said they did that, so I am claiming fraud and I think this is a scam. Canon says we could send the camera back to them and get a replacement but that will cost $450. I paid $450 for the camera and now I'm out another $300 for the repair that did not happen.
