High pressure sales staff pretending to be tech experts. They get into your computer and leave loggers that track everything you do, stealing passwords and confidential information. They pretended to check my laptop for viruses and unauthorized use of my isp. They told me it was critical that I buy the extra protection from them to install on my laptop. Meanwhile, they were just installing their own tracking software in my laptop.they call frequently from various phone numbers representing areas all over the US. Yet all callers have accent as if from India. I’m embarrassed that I fell for their scams and have invested over $2500 in trying to keep my laptop safe. Most recently they called to say they wanted to give me a refund since I hadn’t been using their services. They wanted me to log in to my back account on my laptop.

Beware- these are bad guys!!
