Received a phone call. Caller ID popped up as "Account Services." I answered 'Hello?' After about 5 second pause, lady on the line, in Indian accent, said this is (her name), from (*some company*). Am I speaking with (my name)? I replied 'yes'. Was told something to the effect that I would have to speak to another person. After another 5 seconds pause, was transferred to a man, with an Indian accent. He asked "Is this (my name)? So, I asked "What company is this?" Then, phone call disconnected. Call lasted 37 seconds.
