Was called and offered a service related to a well known bank offering security on identity theft. I foolishly answered yes to two questions regarding using my e-mail to contact me and my address. I was not paying attention and did not catch on to the scam taking place. Sounded extremely legit.

I am writing this to report a scam and to protect myself from any unauthorized charges and financial activity that was not initiated by myself personally.

I received a call on my home phone, the person said they represented Royal Bank. They asked me if i had time to talk and i said yea, sure. And they hung up. Googled the number and it came up as a scam number
