I got scammed by email because I foolishly was filling out those lender apps and i got a email saying I can get a loan of $10,000. Like a fool I called and spoke with a *** *** claiming he is from Canada Provincial service .I was told I qualify for a ten thousand dollar loan but in order to proceed in good faith I had to pay 3 payments ahead so he said I need to send $800 and after first 3 payments go through I I get my $800 returned back into my account. So I got emails with contracts looked legit so I sent my last $800 and was told in an hour there should be $10,000 in my bank account with in the hour. Waiting and waiting no call going on 3 hours so I call back and he says I got denied and that they will refund my money but takes up to six weeks to do so. Then tells me he put my name in for an emergency refund. One month later and still no money he answers his phone every once and a while and keeps telling me the same three lines call back at 6 when e transfers are being sent out or they be releasing them Thursday or Its coming I seen your name on a list and he disappears again. There is a web page and some 1 800 numbers but there automated and you really can not find anyone to talk to. Now I am out $800 next step going to police tomorrow hopefully can track by email transfer.

The "company" had told me that I was approved for a loan at 6% financing over 6 year term. Conditions to disburse loan money - I was requested to pay an upfront insurance policy premium between $1500 - $5000 depending on choice of coverage of basic, standard, or full. Fortunately, I found a scam posting on this company and did not follow through on the transaction. So I am posting this to hopefully warn others and support the previous postings.

The "company" had told me that I was approved for a loan when the banks said no, I had to pay an insurance policy on the claim in case I did not pay back the loan. I paid $8000.00 on the loan in which he reassured me that I would receive my loan within a couple of hours and to keep checking my bank account because the wire transfer had been completed and it was a matter of my bank verifying the loan and releasing it to me. this had been on going for 2 days and each time I called back to see why the funds weren't released to me they kept telling me different things and now all of a sudden the gov wants taxes paid on the loan so they want me to send another $3000. I told them no and that I was not going to go ahead with the loan and I wanted the $8000 that I had already paid them back right away. then was told it was not possible for me to receive the money back right away. and I haven't heard from them since.
