I agree and John you have too hide beyond a computer charge me 870p too del my truck too n.b from van and just dripped in Montreal and was told by security no info at all.

Can't even answer anything too anyone unless it's too your advantage. I am going too take you and your company too court and if that doesn't work well... have too another route. I was totally honest with you over the phone and you assured me after my brother's death during this contract you would del? And since Oct 28th my truck has been sitting in montreal since. Oh after you got full pmt ! Call me bud cause I'm guessing your the owner and the ramp will be coming too check you out. You need too be shut down and deported asap.

Had two vehicles to be pop-up and moved been told time and time again they’re going to be moved. Wouldn’t give me the location lie to me all the time will not answer my phone calls or emails anymore. Had to call the police to report my vehicle stolen have been told by numerous people including local authorities. This is a thing they are doing regularly. This company is a complete and utter scam Please do not use this company you will lose your cars and your money

This is the worst company you should ever deal with! No accountability for your shipment and very rude to who ever successfully picks-up your call. Still waiting for our two cars that was to be shipped from Ottawa to Edmonton since the 21st of October. At this point I don't even know if our cars have actually left Ottawa or not due to their lies. They told us 1 week our cars will be delivered in Edmonton and today is the 12th of November nothing yet so far. Full payments has been made after they scam us once that is done they will give us the location to go pickup our cars, and this was 2weeks ago. We have been on rental since we got here and that is additional cost for us and the company do not care. They made us take temporary number plates and they got expired because they didn't keep to their words to the date they said the cars were to be delivered. I am going crazy at this point and I need this company to have our cars delivered ASAP. This is very stressful, and we cannot communicate with no one reliable within the company to have accurate information where our cars are at this moment.

These company is a whole scam! They took my 2 cars , promised to transport from Ottawa to Edmonton, promised to get the cars within one week, it’s been almost a month now and I still don’t have my cars . Everyday the keep giving me timeline they don’t meet up to . yesterday they made me get a temporary number plate when my cars are not here . Now I am completely frustrated as I have been using a rental all these while .

Please do not used their service . I just reach out to the local police and they say they have had a lot of complaints about this company .

The gentleman working there is very rude and seems to be use to fighting with clients .

This is a whole scam!
Please avoid this company , you will lose your vehicles .

Arrange to have two vehicles parked up from New Brunswick and transported to Vancouver. Told me they would pick them up last week then told me to pick them up Monday this week. Den told me Wednesday told me last night it will be 5 o’clock today. Den told me, they never said that he said by Sunday Spoke to the gentleman on the telephone extremely rude, not just that I could speak to this gentleman and known he’s well used to arguing with the people on the phone. Obviously there are problems all the time big-time scammers. All I asked for was my money back, and that would never happen , no I’m left with two vehicles and no money

Told us a price when they picked up the vehicle then wanted an extra 1200 when the vehicle arrived , had to wait 2 months for a car to get transported from Toronto to Edmonton, everyday few days they will give us a day when the car would arrive but went on for 2 months , the employee are really rude and don’t know how to do business, do yourself a favour and don’t do business with this company they will tell you they will drop it off at a certain place then drop it off somewhere completely different

They told me to send them a deposit of 1000 in order to come pick up my vehicle. They never came to pick up the vehicle for weeks. I tried calling them and they have a third party company taking calls for them and they just tell you someone will call you back. These people need to be found, absolutely disgusting humans!

This company stole $2000 from us
They did not come and pick up the vehicle and made us pay for our vehicle transportation up front
Do not trust this company after this happened I started googling and seen many other bad reviews about this company

Hello Ashley (not a customer but a daughter of customers who are part of a police complaint of being abusive and aggressive towards staff)

This contract was cancelled from our side due to abusive behavior towards our staff. Paper work was received on October 3,2023 with booked date for October 6, 2023 for 2 spots (bike and truck). Customer failed to secure the bike on the truck which lead to postpone of date for next week. We shall be issuing a refund to the principle applicant.

Upon checking our records this shipment was under your mother and fathers name. Colleen Bishop and Russell Bishop. These both were reported to the police for threatening and using abusive language with the staff which would not be tolerated by the company. The police informed them not to contact us further to avoid any further legal proceedings. They have crossed the line when pictures of proof of boarding the plane, picture of your dad landing at the airport and text communication of being violent were all submitted to the police for record.

For the safety of our staff we do not provide service to customers who cross the line and you are also a part of the compliant as well. Hope you guys behave in a better way with other people in the future to avoid all these legal avenues.

Please do not contact CWAT.ca for any shipping service. They scammed me off CAD$700 after making me sign a contract that looks real. They also asked me to make a payment to get a spot for my shipment on Wednesday. After receiving my payment. They didn’t pick up my vehicle to deliver in Edmonton as we have discussed to do. Every time, I called they keep transferring me to their answering service who would advised someone will call me back. When the person call me back. He would promised they will pick up the vehicle the same week and they never did.Now, I am stranded looking for a way to move my vehicle and, Cwat have scammed the money that I don’t have.

Dear Sommy,

As per records you were to drop off your vehicle at Winnipeg terminal to have it transported. But due to the False review (Imran Baghdadwala), below you decided to cancel your shipment. As per agreement terms the deposit is non-refundable because your spot was reserved on the shipment to Edmonton. The best we can do is to offer you a spot on the next shipment on truck. Please email us if you would like to proceed with that option.

I’ve been scammed by Canada Wide Auto Transport (CWAT). I signed a contract and paid a deposit for them to transport my vehicle from Montreal to Calgary almost a month ago. They were very responsive until they received the deposit. They were supposed to pick up the vehicle a few days after receiving the deposit. I never heard back from them. Every time I called and emailed to confirm, I would get their “answering service” who would take a message to have someone call me back. I have received 3 call backs (to my 10+ calls to them). Each time, it was the “driver” who called stating they would pick up the vehicle in 2 days. When I would try to ask more questions, the call would “drop”. I now believe they were hanging up on me. When I try to call the number of the driver (who stated it was their personal line), I am redirected back to the answering service). This morning, a guy with the answering service finally told me that he’s heard bad things about this company and I probably wouldn’t get a call back nor would my vehicle get picked up as he was aware that there are multiple lawsuits against this company for not responding once they have received a deposit.

Paid them through e-transfer that was my mistake and still waiting for my car to arrive.
I have the driver license photo who came to pickup my car and number plate photo they switched when picking up my car will try to upload.

I love how this company takes time to respond to the negative replies, which are all true, but refuses to help or answer once you pay them a damage deposit. They are scammers! They will take your money then leave you high and dry.
On top of that, I’d be suing for them posting your private, confidential info online!

This must be removed ASAP to avoid legal proceedings in the court. You have no right to share personal driver license and plate numbers to public without consent. This must be removed asap or else on Tuesday we shall be moving legally against you in court and through the police. At this point you are sharing False and Misleading information. You will be held responsible for all loss of business that occurs.
