An automated voice told me to call them and asked to give code #5526, saying that I had a ‘packet’ to pick up. (WHAT packet??! I thought??) Seemed rather suspicious to me as I had never ordered anything.
I don’t know the number as it doesn’t show on my phone’s call entries. NEVER answer unknown calls! I’d like to know just how the Hell they found my number too, seeing as I am on the ‘Do Not Call’ list.
This is how I KNOW that it's a scam!! Because other people too have reported this, saying they too were to give code #5526, same as me. I never did call them back.
Number is either 247-080-0500 or will come up as +232 21638838, 2245547950 or 252 99788588 , according to the website I have provided. Mine showed just 'unknown number'. One person reported it came from New Guinea.
