I saw a ad for hemp oil just pay shipping with Canadian extract . So that’s what I did .. I got it in the mail plus they said it’s a free bottle of 1 oz cream . So I thought that was it .. then a month later I got charged twice for 150$ US for a subscription . But I didn’t sign up for subscription. tevenamuscle.com came up on my credit card bill which is Totally different from their website plus it’s an American and I ordered from a Canadian site. They’re in Toronto. I called my bank reported it Fraud but they said they can’t do anything since I clicked yes to the terms. Even though you get nothing for your subscription they can still cage you 309$ Us ? So they charge you for nothing and they can get away with it. So my bank told me to call them and tell them I will return their item to get a refund so that’s what I did. Talk to a lady there and she said to send it back to this address that she gave me. She said once I get the tracking number to call back and give them the tracking number and I will get a refund once they get the item back. So the next day I called back to tell them I have the tracking number because I just sent their product back. And the guy that I talk to you started yelling at me saying I don’t have a subscription with them anymore and the bank is dealing with it and they don’t have to deal with me and hung up .. So now I paid for shipping for their item to be sent back plus they get the item back. Then I’m sure they’re going to try to rip somebody off with and I’m out $300 US.

I don’t know how they can get away with this there’s so many people that they have done this too and it’s not fair.

I’m hoping something can get done about this..
