This company claimed to be owned by Canadian Bryan Baeumler and was giving away free samples. They did not advertise as a recurring membership, but are billing under this premise. I have contacted the business and had a requested the account cancelled and stated that I had not signed up for the account. He said it was in the fine print, but I did not receive any confirmation of membership or documentation around the first payment, so the time to contest and send the product passed and I had no recourse. They are now trying to continue charging my credit card on a product that was already shipped. They charge a handling fee and shipping/tracking charges to return this product. I agreed to a partial refund in lieu of this, but have no confidence this will go through.

Sadly, my credit card company does not seem interested in disputing this on my behalf, despite the many reviews of similar experiences. This company has also been known to charge excess amounts to credit cards and sell credit card information to other parties. Please work on the beahlf of hundreds of Canadians who are being duped by this company. They are a total scam.

A FaceBook ad recently promised a free sample of Hemp oil (just pay shipping), additionally they offered a free wrinkle cream sample (just pay shipping). The shipping was $6.52 each and I ordered the 2 items on Dec 26, 2020. I received an email telling me the orders (991418 and 991419) were shipped on Dec 26. The orders arrived a week or so ago. When I went to do my online banking tonight, I saw I have been charged :

$130.44 by KINGMKG*SKINCREAM 8335684374, CA, USA, 92660 and

$128.48 by LEWISLECLEANSE 833-4676562, CA, USA, 90808

I now realize I've been scammed. Can you help me get my money back?

We ordered hemp oil extracts for the cost of the postage, as we thought to try it, then we would order again if we decided we liked it. We did not see the 16th day after we ordered that we would be charged full price. That came on an alert from my Mastercard company. I called Mastercard and they told me about the company, not the first time this had happened with this company, obviously. They gave me the numbers to call. I called and there was no way they would give me my money back. So, buyer beware. When I checked their FB page, it is filled with complaints.
