I received several emails from the CPSA email address i've posted above in my complaint starting on the 10th of January. First it was an intro email, i didnt click on any of the links it looked like click bait so i sent it to my junk folder. Next i got an email stating that a payment of $270.30 was made and that they thank me for renewing my membership... I tried calling them at their office in Toronto, spoke with a rep name Luxan and he insisted that in order to help me he would need my personal information to pull up my account..

I checked all my credit cards and bank accounts, no payments were made. This is incredibly missleading.. they are advertising themselves as a sales training service.. I didnt want to click any of the links in the emails they sent because i didn't want to get any deeper in this than i already was. All emails i received from them are dated Jan 10th.
