I purchased a small Kitchen aid chopper from my local Canadian Tire store and a few days later i had an email asking me to answer a survey about my experience with my product and service at Canadian Tire so I never questioned the request. I answered the survey and at the end of the survey it said that I won a 14-piece Tupperware package and only had to pay for shipping; so stupid me said ok and gave them my credit card info!!

So the next day, when I was checking my credit card, which I do everyday, I noticed a charge for $270.43 from a company called FloodlegendaryDevices.com which is a US company. I called the number on my credit card charge this morning *** *** **** and got this company called Peakmarkethub.com and they were telling me that it is not their problem as they are just a hub. They have offered to credit me back $89.00 US. I have talked to my credit card company and it seems they are not interested as I told them I want this charge disputed. I did send Canadian Tire an email telling them about this scam and wanted to know how this scammer got my email. I have not heard from them yet. I also sent an email to Kitchen Aid to let them know also.
