I bought something for $6 and change, and it was paid on June 22, 2022. Today, I get a call that I didn’t cancel the “service” in 14 days and my account was still active. They said I would start receiving shipments and it would cost $249/mo, or I could pay $89.95 right now. They also said they would ruin my credit. Then they offered to settle for $39.95. They had a good deal of my personal information already, most of it from the original purchase. To avoid hassle, I made the payment, but my bank takes a little time to process electronically, so they called back to threaten me some more. I spoke with two people, Sandy Devino and John David. I called my bank in between calls from them, and decided to empty my account and cancel my card tomorrow. The criminals wanted me to use another card because of the delay and hung up on me. Three hours ago, I wasn’t absolutely sure it was a scam, but I am now. Shut them down and toss them in jail!
