We booked a flight from NY to West Palm Beach Florida. They sent an itinarary but no confirmation. Upon speaking to the agent he tried to persuade me from going with the tickest I booked and go with other less apealing options. We told him we were happy with what we chose and to please send E-tickets. After several phone calls we realized that we were not getting these tickets. We told him to cancel the booking in which he replied your tickets are not refundable. We told him we dont have any tickets nor can you give us the tickets because apparantly these tickets were now over $1,000.00. We just kept on going back and forth but not resolving anything.
